Lena Jefferson Wilson, MD, attended the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine from Cincinnati, Ohio, and received her medical degree in 2011. Furthermore, she conducted her psychiatry residency at the same educational venue. In addition, Dr. Wilson received board certification in psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and recipient of the Travel Award by the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology and the Spirit Award by the Student National Medical Association. Dr. Wilson is an inductee of the Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology (University of Notre Dame in 1990).
